Assistant Chef purchases are handled through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings on your Apple device. For billing and refund questions, visit Apple Support.
Before contacting support
- Make sure Assistant Chef is updated to the latest version available in the App Store.
- Confirm that iCloud is enabled if data is not syncing between devices.
- Try closing and reopening the app after a network or import error.
